I had the privilege of hiring Nico as the photographer for my wedding, and it was an absolutely magical experience. From the moment we started working with him, Nico's professionalism and ease of communication set him apart. Unlike some of the other photographers we considered, he made us feel completely at ease, and it was evident that he genuinely cared about capturing our special day.
Nico took the time to ensure that we had a strong connection and that our vision for the photos aligned perfectly. On the wedding day, every guest was asking about the amazing photographer, which filled me with pride. But it wasn't just about the incredible photos he captured. Nico and his team went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I were comfortable and happy throughout the day. Their thoughtfulness, from offering assistance without asking to always having a smile on their faces, left a lasting impression on us.

Nico captured our day in perfect authenticity. He mastered the challenging light of the forest and had plenty of suggestions for poses and surroundings. He has a eye for shots and knows what he is trying to accomplish which makes it easy to follow along. Nico is fun to work with and certainly added to the experience positively.
Nico is ethical and didn't cut corners or try to slide stuff under the radar. He takes his profession seriously and abides by standards. He isn't a hobbyist with a camera doing it part-time while he's not driving Uber. Nico is gifted and creative- true artist.

All of our guests couldn't stop talking about how great Nico was to work with as a photographer! He was kind and casual, which put us and our guests at ease, while also being professional and getting all of the photos we asked for. We were nervous for our engagement shoot but he made it feel very natural land picked great spots to take pictures at the site we met at! He was very creative with using different backdrops in our venues to create different vibes and his editing made all of our photos come out great. Nico also met with us a few times over the year between signing a contract and the actual wedding and stuck to all of his timelines/deadlines in the process.
Overall, a great person to work with for a couple looking for a laid back but highly skilled and organized photographer!

We hired Nico to take our engagement pictures since we wanted photographs that celebrated the California coast as well as our engagement. Before the shoot, he was professional and communicative. During the shoot, he was open to suggestions, gave clear instructions to get the best shots, and made us feel comfortable throughout. He truly went above and beyond to get the best shots, even climbing a cliff to do so! Finally, he delivered the final product on time; in fact, he sent us some preliminary shots the next day! The pictures are breathtakingly beautiful: perfectly shot and edited. I cannot recommend Nico more for all your photography needs!

Nico’s photography should be in a magazine. I had the pleasure to retake my wedding photos with him. When he presented the finished photos, I wept through them all. Words can’t describe how stunning the photos turned out. What really impressed me was how the locations we went to was a little crowded, yet his wide shot photos made us look like no one else was even around. I never really liked my original wedding photos. The photographer lacked creativity and never scoped out the venue ahead of time to create good lighting. What really impressed me was Nico’s poses for us against breathtaking backdrops. Even on a very smoky morning, he worked with the weather elements, and it even made the photography more beautiful than I could have ever imagined.
